(Above) Response Mural to Covid 2020. A good artist friend asked if I would contribute to her public art mural response to Covid 2020. My contribution was the jack rabbit. Meg Thompson painted the background and Pronghorn. The jack rabbit was my response to both Covid and Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus (Also known as RHDV2) , a very contagious and fatal virus introduced into the United States near the same time as Covid. At the time of this mural, RHDV2 was spreading quickly in the western states. It continues to impact both domestic and wild rabbit populations and is marching east. It is estimated to be an endemic virus to the United States within a few years.

The original piece was two sheets of watercolor paper taped together. These have since been split and each piece framed. Now available. Please email WyomingArtist@gmail.com with interest.
(Above) “Big Horn” utility box mural. This double sided vinyl wrapped mural was installed in September 2022 at Washington Park, Laramie, WY. Two sided, one side is a day scene, and the other a night scene. “Big Horn,” is the night side of the mural. The original was created using collaged paper, 300# water color paper and watercolor and acrylics. It has since been split into two pieces, framed, and only one side remains available for private acquisition. Please contact the artist for inquiries to attain the original.
